Student Information

YOU MUST BE COVERED BY MEDICAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE.

If the athlete is not covered by family insurance, school insurance through a private carrier can be purchased through the school. Information on school insurance can be obtained at the main office.

YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE IN ORDER TO PRACTICE OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY SPORT. A physical is valid for 2 years. Forms can be found online English form or Spanish Form or in the Main School Office. For your convenience please make an appointment at our School Based Health Center.

  • Be enrolled and pass a minimum of 5 classes out of 7(OSAA).

  • Show normal progress toward graduation (OSAA).

  • Have a 2.0 GPA. (TRSD)

  • Be on track to graduate:

  • Sophomores must have at least 4.5 credits at the start of the year

  • Juniors must have at least 10 credits at the start of the year

  • Seniors must have at least 18 credits at the start of the year

  • Meet half-day attendance requirements to participate in practice or games.


Fees are required for all Three Rivers School District sports. All fees must be paid before the first contest date unless prior arrangements have been made.

All Sports Fees are $55.00

The participation fee does not guarantee your child equal playing time. This fee allows your child to participate in that particular sport.

  • All student-athletes will travel TO the contest as part of the team. Approval for exceptions must be pre-approved by the administration.

  • A note 24 hours prior to the trip must be turned in to the office in order for the student-athlete to ride home with the parents. A written note 48 hours in advance with a signed permission slip must be turned in to the office in order for a student-athlete to ride with another adult.
